The letting service for landlords of multiple properties can be suited to the particular clients requirements with a range of services including tenant find, rent collection through to full property management with quarterly inspections and reports, we understand that some clients require the completion of their own reporting forms and on occasions use of their own tenancy agreements. The service to clients is particularly useful in a slow sales market enabling owners to maximise income from empty properties. Properties offered range from relocation of owners, through to developer’s new build and part exchange properties.

We are happy to assist employers, in relocating their staff and will work closely with the employee to source a suitable property, in the area, and of the type and within the required budget. We aim to aim to solve accommodation needs quickly, efficiently and in a professional manner with the aim of finding a home rather than just a property.
